Monticello Inn & Cottage is a sacred space turned historic inn: a beautifully restored 19th-century church just fifteen minutes from downtown Charlottesville, reimagined as a place to slow down. Our first rooms open September 1, 2026, with additional inn rooms and private cottages joining them throughout the fall. Whether you're planning a romantic Charlottesville getaway, a UVA weekend, or a Virginia wine country escape, we're building each room and cottage to feel like it's been here as long as the building has.
