Policies
Our goal is to provide a peaceful, comfortable, and seamless stay for every guest. The following policies are designed to ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience.
What is your check-in and check-out times?
Our check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you will be arriving past 7pm, please let us know so we can make arrangements to help you find your room. Our check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens and Sanctuary after check-out.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 14+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Within 14 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies. As a small, independent property, we are unable to offer refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
Are you pet friendly?
We do have select cottages that may accommodate pets with advance notice. If you are traveling with a pet, please call or email us to discuss what arrangements can be made if possible.
Do you allow children?
We do have select cottages are suitable for families due to their size. If you need a larger cottage, please call or email us to discuss what is available.
Do you allow smoking on the premises?
Due to the historic structure and meticulous renovations, Monticello Inn & Cottage is a non-smoking property.
What is your guest conduct policy?
To ensure a peaceful and safe environment for all, we reserve the right to refuse service if necessary. Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or property during their stay.
