Refund Policy
Room Stay Cancelation
Booking cancelations made 14 or more days in advance of the booking will receive a full refund. Booking cancelations made less than 14 days in advance will pay a 50% cancelation fee.
Physical Items
Physical items can be exchanged, or returned within 10 days of purchase. If the items is purchased online and shipped, you have 10 days from the day of receipt to request a return or refund.
Right To Refuse Service
If we fear for the safety of our other guests or staff, we have the right to refuse service per our room stay cancelation policy.
