Policies

Our goal is to provide a peaceful, comfortable, and seamless stay for every guest. The following policies are designed to ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens and Sanctuary after check-out.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 14+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Within 14 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies. As a small, independent property, we are unable to offerrefunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

Pets & Children

Select cottages are suitable for families and may accommodate pets with advance notice.

Smoking

Monticello Inn & Cottage is a non-smoking property.

Guest Conduct

To ensure a peaceful and safe environment for all, we reserve the right to refuseservice if necessary. Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or propertyduring their stay.
